vScreen Software Overview

Create your own customized PC screen interface with vScreen, a powerful application for Logitek's Console Router System. vScreen brings the convenience of customized router control along with simplicity of setup to your facility.

With vScreen, you can easily set up links to your Logitek Console Router System- anything from a single fader to a full screen of information.

• Create a set of VU meters that can be seen from across the room
• Give the GM a set of click-to-activate buttons to listen to the program audio of any station in the facility
• Set up a flashy display for your lobby’s plasma screen
• Create a simple automation controller for weekend operators

With vScreen, you don’t have to know programming language. You start with a blank screen and then drag and drop the elements you want. Choose from faders, buttons, meters or custom graphics. Even the screen size of the application can be adjusted so vScreen can run alongside other applications such as word processors. For example, your vScreen Designer Screen may look like this:

After you have placed your desired elements, you can view your work as a preview:

 

With vScreen, customized displays throughout the station are possible. Bring up a fader on the PC in the Program Directors office and allow selection and control of audio sources available to that fader.  For a news edit booth, bring up two or three faders to control phone or network audio and a local microphone.  Or, create a customized look for that plasma display in the lobby:
